Give your body an athletic look. Different accessories like elastic bands, gymnastics balls or dumbbells contribute to activating the body’s different muscle groups, thus improving muscle tonus.
The thigs-abdominals-buttocks program tightens and strengthens the three solicited zones, ideal to model the figure, narrow the waist and sculpt the silhouette. Beyond the purely aesthetic aspect of the “flat belly”, this program will also improve your posture, flexibility as well as your global physical condition.
Profound relaxation to eliminate stress
Autogenic training is a profound relaxation method, similar to autohypnosis, which uses hypnotic suggestion and concentration in order to eliminate all forms of stress. Like its name suggests, autogenic training is a full-fledged workout that requires regular and steady practice.
