Which payment methods are accepted ?

We accept CB (V-pay, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Postfinance), AMEX, twint and cash. 

Can I bring my pet ?

Dogs and cats are accepted with an extra charge of 15.00 per pet per night. 

How long do I have to cancel my stay at the hotel ?

As a general rule you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of your stay. In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, the full amount will be charged.You will find details on your booking confirmation. 

From what time can we take the room ?

Arrivals are from 15:00 and departures until 11:00.However, you can make use of the wellness facilities from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 2 p.m. on the day of departure. A locker will be provided for you to leave your belongings after check-out. 

Is it easy to park in front of the hotel ?

We have a large car park at the foot of the hotel.Outside: 13.00 per night.Indoor parking (secured with a charging station for electric vehicles): 25.00 per night.The outdoor parking is free between 12 noon and 2pm if you wish to come and dine with us. 

Is there a transfer service from Les Eplatures or Geneva airport ?

There is no service as such. However, we can arrange a car with a private driver or a taxi for you at your arrival or departure airport. 

How do I get to the hotel from La Chaux-de-Fonds train station ?

You have to take the bus n°1 Recorne to the stop Lycée Blaise Cendrars and then walk 10 minutes.Otherwise you can easily find a taxi parked next to the station. 

What is included in the room rate ?

The room rate includes breakfast at the buffet or in the room, Wi-Fi internet access, access to the wellness area, VAT and the Tourist Card. 

What are the breakfast times ?

Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 10:00 in the buffet. 

Can breakfast be served in the room ?

Yes, you can, but you have a smaller menu. You will be given a card to fill in and hang outside your room before 3am. 

What does the Tourist Card contain ?

The Tourist Card entitles you to free admission to :
  • Entrance to 25 museums such as the International Watchmaking Museum MIH, the Underground Mills, the Maison de l'Absinthe, the Laténium...
  • A cruise on the lake of Les Brenets to the Saut du Doubs waterfall and on the lake of Neuchâtel
  • Bike rental
  • The use of public transport   

We have booked a package but do not want to take the included menu. Is this possible ?

Yes, a credit note corresponding to the price of the menu will be deducted from your bill or from the purchase of Cinq Mondes products. 

We have booked a Sensation package but the flight is cancelled due to bad weather. What alternatives do you offer?

If the flight is cancelled before check-in, you can cancel or postpone the stay.If the flight is cancelled while you are already at the hotel, the flight can be replaced by 2 massages of 50 minutes (depending on availability) or we will issue a gift voucher for the flight to be booked for a future time.
Wellness 

What can you find in the wellness area of Les Endroits hotel ?

  • You can relax in our outdoor pool heated to 36°C and equipped with hydromassage bubble beds, leg massage jets and a waterfall jet (to relax the neck and trapezius muscles).
  • Our indoor pool at 29°C will host your swimming sessions.
  • A fitness room with Technogym machines is at your disposal, private coach at extra cost.
  • The upper fitness floor is full of small accessories, mats and TRX for body weight training.
  • Finally, the second floor has a sauna park, including two steam baths (moist heat), a large rest room to quench your thirst and a second room for a quiet nap.  

Are children allowed in the wellness area ?

Children are only allowed in the bathing area until 5 p.m. under the supervision of an adult.Is access to the wellness area allowed for external guests?Yes, but only after online reservation. You can make your request via this link.

How do I book a ticket to the wellness centre if I have a gift voucher or a 10-entry card ?

When booking online on our website, you must select "CHF 0.00 entry card". 


How do I book an entry to the baths for children ?

You do not need to book for children, only for adults.For children, payment is made on site (CHF 13.00).Children up to the age of 16 only have access to the 2 pools until 5pm. 

Is there a minimum age for children's access to the pools ?

No, children are accepted from birth.Please bring a nappy for the youngest.Small floats are allowed, but no buoys or other bulky objects. 

What are the opening hours of the wellness centre ?

The indoor pool and fitness area open at 6.30 a.m. for hotel guests.The outdoor pool and the entire wellness area are open from 11.00 a.m. until 7.30 p.m. (from 10.00 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays). 

How long does access to the wellness area last for external guests ?

Access to the wellness area lasts 2 hours.If you wish to stay longer, the supplement is CHF 8.00 per additional half hour per person (subject to availability). 

What do we need to enjoy the wellness ?

You are welcome to bring your own swimming costume. Everything else (bathrobe, slippers, towels) is provided if you book the "Wellness 2h" access. A bathing cap is not compulsory, but for hygienic reasons long hair must be tied back.If you only book the "2h bath" access, you must bring your own towels, etc.

Can children and teenagers come to the pool alone ?

No, the presence of an adult is required to ensure safety and calm. 

Is nudity compulsory in the saunas ?

No, in our saunas you are free to choose whether to wear a swimming costume or to remain naked.However, you must put a cloth between your body and the sauna wood.

Is it possible to eat in the wellness ?

We provide you with detox waters, herbal teas and fruit to make your relaxation time enjoyable. However, a small menu of food and drinks allows you to enjoy sweets or a drink at any time of the day. 

Do you offer subscriptions ?

No, but we do offer 10-entry cards (with the 11th entry free). You can buy your card at the reception desk.
Spa By Cinq Mondes 

Who can have access to the Spa treatments ?

All clients, both internal and external to the hotel, are welcome at the Spa.

Are there any contraindications to the Spa treatments ?

Massages in particular require a few conditions :
  • Good health : no infections, thrombosis or recent phlebitis.
  • No operations, sprains or recent injuries.
  • Pregnant women under three months will be referred for a facial.  

I can't find availability on the booking platform.

All of our spa practitioners are professionals trained in wellness techniques and some also in beauty treatments. However, they do not all have the same skills and are specialized in certain rituals. The online pre-selection reduces the choice and availability. Do not hesitate to contact us at +41 32 9 250 250 for your reservations. 

Can I offer a treatment at the Spa ?

All our treatments, packages and stays can be purchased as gift vouchers. You can order them online or come directly to our reception. 

What are the cancellation conditions at the Spa ?

You can cancel your treatment up to 24 hours in advance. Otherwise you will be charged. 

What are the opening hours of the Spa ?

Treatments take place from Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 7.30pm and on Sunday from 9am to 6pm. 

Can children receive treatments at the Spa ?

We offer special packages for children and teenagers up to 14 years old. Ladies can also celebrate their birthday at the Spa. Information and reservation at +41 32 9 250 250.
Restaurant 

Who can access the Le Corbusier restaurant ?

All internal and external clients can have access to our restaurant.However, prior reservation is highly recommended by calling +41 32 9 250 250.
  

What are the kitchen hours ?

  • Hot kitchen: from 11:00 to 13:30 and from 18:00 to 21:30.
  • During the day: a small menu of dishes and drinks is available for your snacks in your room, the lounge or the wellness area.
  • A buffet of homemade pastries and mature cheeses is available from 11am to 10pm.  

Where do the products come from ?

As far as possible, we source all our raw materials locally, in Switzerland or in France, respecting the seasonality. Everything is prepared on site, including the bread and pastries.
Events 

Can we organise weddings or other family events ?

We have a large room for events with 207m2 of modular space. We have different menus and configurations that allow you to create the event of your dreams. Do not hesitate to contact us by phone at +41 32 9 250 250 or by email at contact@lesendroits.ch 

Can you host company seminars ?

Our large modular room is equipped with the latest sound and screen technology. We also provide you with all the necessary material for your guests: pens, pads, whiteboards, etc. We also have a stage. 

How many guests can you accommodate ?

Up to a maximum of 200 people, depending on the type of event. 

Can I rent a room ?

Yes, but only by ordering food and drinks directly from our restaurant.
 
Parking 

Is there a parking fee for guests ?

Yes, the outdoor parking is CHF 0.90/hour*. It is free of charge from 12:00 to 14:00.Payment is made by ticket machine with coins, twint or Easypark.Indoor parking costs CHF 1.50/hour *. Payment is made at the cash desk inside the underground car park by card, cash or twint.* The price decreases over time. 

Do you have charging stations for electric cars ?

Yes, we have 4 charging stations in our underground car park.Please download the Evpass application and create an account.It also works with Swisspass or E-mobility.
Gift vouchers 

How to order a gift voucher ?

You can personalise it and receive it by e-mail or by post according to your choice.Payment is possible by card or by invoice.
You will receive the voucher as soon as we receive your payment.
Otherwise, don't hesitate to come to the reception of our hotel, we will prepare it for you in a few minutes.

How do I order a gift voucher for a Wellness entrance ?

Can I still use a valuable gift voucher that has expired ?

Vouchers of value purchased in our establishment are still accepted.The date on the voucher is only indicative.Please contact us to make a reservation. 

Can I still use a "Wellness entrance" gift voucher that has expired ?

No. Your "Wellness entrance" gift voucher will be accepted for its purchase value.You will only have to pay the difference in price if our prices have changed in the meantime. 

Can I still use a "Package" or "Massage" gift voucher that has expired ?

Your "Package" or "Massage" gift voucher will be accepted for its value.You will simply have to pay the price difference if our rates have changed in the meantime.
